Terms of Service

Effective 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AnswerBella website and phone receptionist service provided by Omnivision Solutions Ltd, a UK limited company trading as AnswerBella. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AnswerBella provides automated telephone answering, message taking, appointment support, text messaging, call records, and related features. Available features depend on your plan and configured integrations. We may improve or change the service, provided we do not materially reduce paid functionality during a current billing period without notice.

AnswerBella is a software-as-a-service product. Any human assistance is limited to onboarding and customer support connected to the software; we do not sell standalone consulting, staffing, or other human-delivered services.

Accounts and authorised use

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your staff and contractors follow these Terms.

You may use the service only for lawful inbound salon or beauty-business reception. You must not use AnswerBella for outbound telemarketing, robocalling, emergency or medical triage, unlawful or abusive communications, surveillance, impersonation, or any activity that infringes another person’s rights. You must not interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access.

Your responsibilities

You control the information, scripts, prices, opening hours, policies, availability, and instructions provided to Bella. You are responsible for keeping them accurate and reviewing bookings and messages. AnswerBella is not an emergency service and must not be configured or promoted as one.

You are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining consent for call recording, automated communications, and text messages. You must honour opt-out requests and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, employment, and telecommunications laws.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Usage above an included allowance may be billed at the disclosed overage rate. Taxes may be added where required. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes before they apply to a renewal.

Your data and our technology

You retain ownership of information you submit to the service. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

AnswerBella and its underlying software, design, branding, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership of our technology.

Third-party services

The service may connect to calendars, telephone networks, payment providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for third-party products, but we will use reasonable care in selecting and operating our providers.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service, but calls, transcriptions, generated responses, integrations, and appointment actions may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should maintain reasonable business continuity arrangements and review important or unusual interactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, or that every response or transcription will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to AnswerBella during that period. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, or material breach. We may terminate an account for material breach if the breach is not remedied after reasonable notice, where a remedy is possible.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

General

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. For questions about these Terms, email [email protected].
